Converts Rotary Radom Orbital Sander Adapter

Assembly Step:
Step 1: Remove Lock Nut.
Step 2: Mount The Inner Flange Onto The Spindle.
Step 3: To Tighten The Adapter has, Press The Shaft 
            Lock Firmly So That The Spindle Cannot Revolve, 
            Then Use The 22mm Open End Wrench And 
            Securely Tighten Clockwise.To Remove The Disc, 
            Follow The Installation Procedure In Reverse.
Step 4: Use A 22mm Open End Wrench To Mount The 
             Sanding Pad On To The Pad Retainer.
Step 5: Confirm Completion Of The Installation Can Be 
            Operated. To Remove The Adapter Head, Follow 
            The Installation Procedure In Reverse.
