Balancer Puller
●Pulling Balancers:
Install correct threaded adapter stud into
the center screw and puller nut as
shown. Screw into end of crankshaft.
Position the pulle tool with bearing
TOWARDS the crankshaft. Install two or
three bolts (as required) thru the piate
into the balancer. While holding the end
of the center screw with a wrencn, turn
the puller nut to remove balancer.
●Installing Balancers:
Install correct threaded adapter stud into
the center screw and puller nut as
shown. Position the balancer on the
crankshaft as straight as possible. Position
puller plate with booring facing AWAY
from balancer. Turn puller nut to install.
●Note: Each time the puller/installer is used
the threods should be lubricated.
Maximum recommended torgue is 150 ft. lbs.
